马属动物破伤风病一次性治疗和护理是将破伤风抗毒素３０～３５万单位，乌洛托品８０～１００ｍＬ混合到１０００ｍＬ５％葡萄糖内一次缓慢静输；用药后将患育用吊马器或绳索保定在清洁温暖避光安静的厩舍内，使之免受任何不良刺激；畜前摆放水料，精心护理；护理期间用蝉蜕３００～４００９分４次煎汤连饮４ｄ效果更好。１０年研究结果表明，治愈率在９５％以上，其中护理期间饮蝉蜕汤的３４个病畜全部治愈。

The once-only-treatment was to infuse the equus with 1000mL 5% glucose combined with 300, 000～350, 000 in of tetanus antitoxin and 80～100mL Urotropine.Then, placed the animal to a warm, tranguilized place, giving water and feed to it. Better effect could be obtained when the animal was given cicads soup 300～400g cooked from cicada molts 4 times a day for 4 days. The results from the past ten years revealed that the cured efficacy was over 95%, while all of the 34 cases given cicada soup were all cured.
