摘要
分析无刷直流电动机(BLDCM)无位置传感器控制的基本原理,介绍应用非导通相反电动势过零点检测转子位置及转速的方法.结合三菱公司单片机M16C/28的硬件资源,介绍了基于该款单片机实现BLDCM无位置传感器控制的系统方案,以及相应的软件流程.
This paper summarizes the principle of sensor-less BLDCM driving, and the method for fetching the rotor position and speed by zero-crossings of the non-conducted phaseg back - EMF. A scheme for sensor - less driving of a BLDCM by 120-degree trapezoidal wave commutation with the M16C/28 group is introduced. It is useful for reference to similar development.
