医学生艾滋病健康教育讲座干预效果评价 被引量:15

摘要 目的了解医学生艾滋病预防知识的现况及需求,评价健康教育讲座的干预效果。方法随机整群抽取医学低年级学生,集中研究对象,由专家进行专题讲座。研究对象在干预前后分别填写事先统一设计的相同问卷,统计分析有关数据,评价干预效果。结果干预后研究对象对基本知识及传播途径、个人防病态度及行为意向的正确认知均有所提高(P值均<0.05)。医学生有较强的公共卫生意识,但部分观念和态度没有改变。结论健康教育讲座对在校医学生具有适应性、有效性,但仍存在局限性。 Objective To find out present situation and requirement of AIDS health education in medical college, and to evaluate the effects of health education. Methods Junior grade students of medical school were chosen randomly by cluster sampling. The same questionnaires were answered by them respectively before and after the lecture given by an expert. Data were statistically analyzed and the impact was evaluated. Results After the intervention, the students learned more knowledge about AIDS, including basic knowledge, routes of transmission, epidemic situation, manners and active intention for AIDS prevention( P 〈 0.05). The consciousness on public health was strengthened. However, some of the students made no progress on attitude towards AIDS. Conclusion For medical students, health education lecture has its applicability and effectiveness, but the limitation still exists.
