摘要
以复合材料力学为基础,建立了定向刨花板的微观力学模型,并应用概率设计理论求出了定向刨花板主方向的弹性模量,解决了定向刨花板弹性模量的理论求解问题,同时间接地论证了理论推导的结果。尝试将现代设计方法和微观力学理论应用于人造板的力学性能分析和研究中,以推动定向刨花板的计算机仿真工作的开发。文中提出的理论和方法还可以求解不同树种在不同比例下定向刨花板的弹性模量,从而可以按不同强度要求、不同树种配比和最佳定向角方差设计定向刨花板。
Based on the composite mechanics, the micro-mechanics model the orientated particleboard was founded Utilizing probability theory, the modulus of elasticity (MOE) of the orientated particleboard in main direction was obtained and the theoretical evaluation of MOE of the orientated particleboard was solved and the conlusions are verified indirectly It is an attempt to apply modern design method and micro-mechanics to man-mand board mechanics and will put forward the study of computer imitation of the orientated particleboard The conclusions in this paper also can be applied of different kinds of trees So we can design particleboard according to different requirements of strength, different ratio of different kinds of trees and the best oriented angle square difference to achieve the most satisfactory structrue and the strength proportion of vertical and horizontal direction
