摘要
研究了莱得尔切片法测定木材管胞长度过程中的具体实现方法,讨论了采用该方法在实验测试过程中的精确度问题,并且与离析法测定管胞长度进行比较,分析了采用该方法测量的可信度。结果表明,该方法完全可以满足测量管胞长度的要求,具有测量速度快,并能确定所测管胞的准确位置,是研究木材生长轮管胞长度变异规律的有效方法之一。
The paper studied the method of measurement tracheid by Ledl's slicing method, discussed the accuracy problem in experiment, compared the tracheid length between the Ledl's and resolution method, and analyzed the credibility of this method The result indicated that this method can satisfy for the measurement of tracheid length with fast speed and determine the tracheid length position in wood This method is an effective method to measure the tracheid length in wood variation pattern research
