The Influence of Parameters in PP/PE Blends Meltblowing Process on Web Properties

通过在制备PP/PE双组分共混熔喷纤网时,调整不同的螺杆转速、接收距离和热空气压力,对不同工艺参数之下的纤网进行纤维直径、纤网断裂强力和孔径的测试,讨论了各工艺参数对纤网性能的影响。

Different process Parameters such as screw speed, receiving distance and air pressure are adjusted when producing PP/PE blends by meltblowing. Fiber diameter, tenacity and aperture of the fabrics are tested. Influence of the process Parameters on web properties are discussed.
