不同生境夏蜡梅营养器官总酚含量分析 被引量:12

摘要 以国家2级保护植物夏蜡梅(Calycanthus chinensis)为研究对象,对不同生境中夏蜡梅各营养器官的总酚含量进行测定,并分析了与环境因子之间的相关性.结果表明:(1)夏蜡梅各营养器官均含有总酚,3个样地均以叶片的含量最高,根的含量次之,一年生枝、二年生枝、茎的含量较低.叶片的含量是根的2倍.(2)夏蜡梅阴坡的叶、根、一年生枝等器官的总酚含量显著高于阳坡.(3)7个样地夏蜡梅叶片总酚含量为1.0004~1.2878 g·kg^-1,平均为1.2464 g·kg^-1,其高低顺序为前坑>大雷山Ⅱ>白水坞>大雷山Ⅰ>双石边>大明山Ⅱ>龙塘山.(4)通径分析显示,土壤有机质、氮、pH值对夏蜡梅叶片总酚含量的影响较大. The total phenols content in different organs of Calycanthus chinensis, a national second class protection plant, was determined and its correlations with the environmental factors were analyzed. The results showed as follows. First, the total phenols distributed in all of the nutrient organs of C. chinensis. The content in the leaves was the highest, and that in the roots took the second place while that in the one- year-old twigs, two-year-old twigs and stems was very low. The content in the leaves was twice of that than in the roots. Second, total phenols content in the leaves, roots or one-year-old twigs in shady slope was significantly higher than that in sunny slope. Third, the total phenols content in the leaves of seven C. chinensis populations changed from 1. 0004 g·kg^-1 to 1. 2878 g·kg^-1, with an average of 1. 2464 g·kg^-1, The content order from high to low was QK, DLS Ⅱ, BSW, DLS Ⅰ, SSB, DMS Ⅱ and LTS respectively. Fourth,the path analysis showed that.the soil organic matter, nitrogen and pH value had important influences on the content of total phenols in the leaves of C. chinensis.
