高效液相色谱法测定面粉中过氧化苯甲酰含量

Determination of benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour by high performance liquid chromatography

建立了一种高效液相色谱法测定面粉中过氧化苯甲酰的方法,即面粉中过氧化苯甲酰不经还原,直接以石油醚提取,然后用高效液相色谱法定量,采用Spherisorb ODS-C18柱（4.6 mm × 250 mm ID,5 μm）分离,以乙腈-0.5%的磷酸水溶液（体积比为3∶1）为流动相,紫外检测器230 nm波长下检测.结果表明,过氧化苯甲酰测定线性范围在0.001～1.000 g·kg^-1之间,回收率为90%～100%,相对标准偏差为11.9%.可见此方法是测定面粉中过氧化苯甲酰含量的一种简单快捷方法.

In this paper, a method for determination of benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour by high performance liquid chromatography was established. Benzoyl peroxide was extracted by diethyl ether directly,then analyzed by HPLC, a column of spherisorb ODS-C18 （4.6 mm, 250 mm ID, 5μm） was employed. Benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour was well separated with the mobile phase composed of acetonitrile -0. 5% H3PO4 （3：1 ）. The elute was moni- tored at 230 nm. A working curve was obtained with the linearity ranged from 0. 001 g·kg^-1 to 1. 000 g·kg^-1. The recovery varied from 90% to 100% and relative standard deviation （ESD） is 11.9 among three injections. The result shows that the reported method is a simple method for the determnation of benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour.
