摘要
高温声波换能器是声波测井仪器的核心部件,其温度性能对声波测井仪器有重要影响。文章给出了天津大学新型压电晶体在常压下的温度实验结果。该结果显示:在现有的高温胶条件下,压电晶体的温度性能可以达到150℃。即在150℃时,压电晶体激发和接收波形的最大峰值保持不变。超过150℃时,由于实验所用的胶开始脱节,波形幅度迅速减小。
The acoustic transducer for high temperature is the main part of the sonic logging tool.Its character of temperature is very important.Some experimental results are given in this paper.As the temperature of transducer is over 150℃,their dynamic characters nearly remain unchanged.It is found from the amplitude of waveform.The most effective factor is from the glue used in the experiment.
