摘要
以珠江三角洲城市群发展趋势与地震灾害形势为背景,分析其地震应急管理体系存在的突出问题,借鉴国外大城市灾害应急管理的经验,提出构建珠江三角洲城市群地震灾害应急管理新体系的对策。
Basis on the background of city development and earthquake disaster assessment in the Pearl River Delta area, the prominent existing problems in disaster management system in the area have been analyzed. By using the experiences of disaster emergency management in large cities abroad, some suggestions for construction of the comprehensive disaster management system for city group in Pearl River Delta have been put forward.
