摘要
在序列间歇式活性污泥法(简称SBR)污水处理工艺中,水温会影响活性污泥微生物的酶促反应。本文从生化反应动力学理论出发,讨论温度与生化反应速率的相关作用,运用Arrhenius的反应速度与活化能间的表达式,得出温度与反应速率的定量关系值。以此为理论基础,研究高水温条件下,SBR法在实际工程中处理抗生素废水的工艺稳定性和处理效率。
Water temperature affects micro - organism' s enzyme reaction in the SBR process. The paper holds a discussion on the interaction between temperature and the rate of biochemical reaction from the theory of biochemical reaction kinetics with the focus on the effect of Temperature on the activity of dehychogenase. It has regressioned Arthenius formula of dehychogenase' s reactive rate and given the applied demonstration of the high - temperature taming by activiated sludge method, and finally arrived to the exact relationship of the temperature and reaction rate. Based on this theory, on the condition of high water temperature, make a study on the operating result and depletion rate in the actual program of antibiotic wastewater by SER Process.
