摘要
在理论分析的基础上,以优化高频变压器的磁芯功率损耗和绕组功率损耗为目标,以单端反激式变压器为例建立了高频变压器的总功率损耗计算模型。在该功率损耗计算模型的基础上结合从系统角度设计DC-DC变换器的方法,采用一种基于遗传算法的高频DC-DC变换器的优化设计方法,得到了设计参数的最优取值。利用优化设计方法设计了高频DC-DC变换器印制板电路,实验验证了优化设计方法的正确性。
Based on the relevant theoretical analysis, taking the high frequency flyback converter design as an example, we established a calculation model of total loss of the high frequency flyback transformer, On the basis of the calculation model combined with the systemic method of designing DC-DC converter, an optimum design approach was applied with genetic algorithm to get appropriate design parameters, A high frequency flyback DC-DC converter printed circuit board was designed using this method, which was verified by experiment.
