摘要 随着开关电源的日益广泛应用,电源的高频化、小型化等导致电磁干扰(EMI)问题在大多数应用环境中十分突出。作为开关电源核心部件的功率变压器的漏感是高频开关电源的主要干扰源之一。论述了高频开关电源中与功率变压器漏感有关的电磁干扰,分析了漏感产生的原因,讨论了漏感的计算方法,并给出了测量漏感的常用方法。 With the wide application of switch mode power supply(SMPS), electro-magnetic interference(EMI) has become an outstanding problem in many electrical systems. The leakage inductance of power transformer is one of the main interference sources in the circuit. In this paper, the EMI from the leakage inductance of power transformer was described firstly. Then, the reason was analyzed why the leakage inductance had come into being, and the calculation of leakage inductance was discussed. Finally, a common method for leakage inductance testing was given.
