摘要 中碳Cr-Ni-Mo合金钢用50kg真空感应炉冶炼,并通过Gleeble-3800试验机测定了该试验钢在600~1400℃的力学性能-最大力值(载荷)和断面收缩率。试验结果表明,中碳Cr-Ni-Mo钢的脆性区(断面收缩率≤60%)为910~700℃,其塑性区为1320~910℃。该钢连铸坯应避免在910~700℃进行矫直,以便减少铸坯裂纹。 The medium carbon alloy steel Cr-Ni-Mo was melted by a 50 kg vacuum induction furnace, and the mechanical properties of test steel-maximum load and reduction of area at 600 ~ 1 400℃ have been measured by Gleeble-3800 test machine. The test results showed that brittle region ( reduction of area ≤60% ) of the medium carbon Cr-Ni-Mo steel was 910 ~700℃ and its plastic region was 1 320 ~910℃. Its cast billet shouldn't be straightened at 910 ~700 ℃ in order to decrease cast billet crack.
