百草枯中毒37例临床分析

A clinical analysis of 37 cases with paraquat poisoning

目的探讨百草枯中毒的发病机制、临床表现和救治方法。方法回顾性分析37例百草枯中毒患者的临床资料。结果37例中死亡28例,死亡率为75.6%。其中发生呼吸衰竭或3个及以上脏器功能衰竭者无一存活;接受血液灌流者死亡率下降(53.8%)。结论百草枯中毒可导致肺、肾、肝等多脏器功能衰竭,死亡率很高,目前尚无特效救治方法。及时有效地清除毒物,早期应用大剂量糖皮质激素和血液灌流有助于提高抢救成功率。

Objective To explore the pathogenesis, clinical manifestation and treatment in the patients with parquet poison. Methods Clinical data of 37 patients with paraquat poisoning was analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 37 patients, 28 cases died, mortality rate was 75.6%. Nobody survived in the patients accompanied by respiratory failure or organs failure of 3 organ and more. The death rate in the cases with hemoperfusion was less. Conclusion Paraquat poisoning can lead to multiple organ failure and has a poor prognosis. It could improve the success rate of treatment that clearing off poison and large doses of glucocorticoid and hemoperfusion arc administered as soon as possible.
