摘要
20世纪50年代以来,全球经济结构和经济形式开始发生深刻变革,以传统资源为主导制约力量的工业经济,正在被以知识或智力为资本、以高新技术为主要发展动力的新型经济形式———知识经济所取代。教育是获取知识的主要手段,知识经济时代的来临,首先带来的将是教育理念的如下变革:一是由以学校为主的教育转变为终身教育;二是由以灌输为主的教育转变为兴趣教育;三是由以理论为主的教育转变为实践教育。知识经济时代教育的这三点变革,充分表现出向儒家传统教育回归的趋向,儒家传统的教育理念将成为构建知识经济时代教育新体制的重要文化资源。
Since 1950s, the global economic structure and form have experienced deep changes. Industrial economy controlled by traditional resources, is being replaced by a new economic form, knowledge economy. Education is an important way to acquire knowledge. The approach of the times of knowledge economy will first of all bring about the following changes in educational ideas. First, short - term education is to be transform into lifelong education; secondly, forced education, into voluntary education; thirdly, theoretical education, into practical education. Its return to traditional Confucian education and the educational ideas of traditional Confucianism will become important cultural resources to reconstruct a new educational system of knowledge economy.
