On the Impoverished Female University Students' Pressure,Their Coping Styles,and Their Psychological Health

探讨贫困女大学生心理压力的来源,心理问题的所在,以及应付方式与心理健康之间的关系,以期找到最佳适合她们的个性化的、行之有效的心理的应付方式,据此对贫困女大学生进行心理健康教育,引导其采取有效的应付方式,这对于更好地维护和增进贫困女大学生的心理健康,帮助她们更好地完成学业,摆脱心理困境和不良情绪是很重要的。

The present paper discusses the orion of the impoverished female university students＇ pressure, of their psychological questions, and of the relationship between their different coping styles and their psychological health, so as to attain for them the best personalized and the most effective coping styles and to provide them with an effective guide. And this will be of help in maintaining their psychological health, in completing their studies, in getting rid of the psychological difficulties and their harmful good mood.
