Great changes have taken place in technical education both at the nature, the content and the form under the condition of market economy. One of the remarkable things is that parts of this education and its form have been contracted. Thus technical education contract becomes a brand new and independent style. A thorough and systematic study of this education contract, through laws-making, will be helpful to the improvement of technical education system so that this education could come into a sound and stable development under the push of market economy.
