农村公共产品的供给关系到我国新农村建设的成败。要实行农村公共产品供给机制的创新,同时借鉴国内外成功经验,重构一个成熟、系统的农村公共产品供给机制。

The supply of public goods in countryside is critical to the success of our new rural building program. We should re-engineer a mature, systemic and effective supply system of countryside public goods through innovating the supply system of countryside public goods, and referring to others successful experience.
