The Foundation Stone of Legitimacy——Structure the trusting relationship between government and citizen

中国正处在传统社会向现代社会的过渡时期,由于思想观念的急剧变化、政治参与渠道受阻等因素,不可避免地遭受到合法性危机。化解危机的根本途径就是构建政府与公民的信任关系,通过建立良好政府形象、提高中国共产党的执政能力、扩大人民的政治参与等来保持政府的合法性。

China is in the period from traditional society to modem society, because concept change sharply, politics participate in channel＇s obstruction, will suffer to the legitimacy crisis unavoidably. The basic way to solve the crisis is to structure the trusting relationship between government and citizen, through setting up good government image, raising ability of administration of Communist Party of China, expanding politics of people to keep legitimacy of government.
