摘要
本文试图就党内法规与国家法律相协调论述克服的办法及对策,以求党内法规和国家法律相互衔接、相互协调、相互辅助,从而维护国家法制的统一。
This article attempts the means and the countermeasure to coordinates the inner-party laws anti regulations with the national laws, seeking that the inner-party laws and regulations and the national law links up, assists, and inter-coordinates mutually, so as to maintain the state legal system＇s unification.
