摘要
转型时期,我国的行政文化呈现出一种“二元性”特征,发育尚不成熟。惟有顺应时代要求,构建新型的具有中国特色的行政文化,才能适应我国行政管理日益现代化的需要。
In the transitional period, our administrative culture is dual and immature. In order to meet the needs of the modemization of our administration, we should endeavor to keep abreast of the times and construct new administrative culture with Chinese characteristics.
