摘要
以1种带交流谐振环节软开关谐波补偿器的主电路拓扑作为研究对象,采用正斜率锯齿载波在该拓扑下,将所有开关器件的开通动作集中在锯齿载波的垂直沿处,这种控制策略有利于软开关动作的实现.以ZVT软开关谐波补偿器为例,分析在SIMULINK环境下建立的系统控制电路模型并对系统控制电路进行仿真研究,仿真结果表明,采用该控制方法能实现谐波补偿器全部功率开关器件的软开关动作.
Taking main circuit topology of soft switch compensator with AC resonance as study object, using sawtooth carrier wave, makes turn- on operation of all devices centralize at the resetting time of sawtooth carrier wave. This control strategy is convenient for the realization of soft switch. Taking ZTV as example, analyzes control circuit model built on the circumstance of SIMULINK, and makes the simulation study. Simulation results show, using this control way can realize soft switch operation of all power switch devices of harmonic compensator.
