摘要 以220 t/h循环流化床锅炉及25 MW双抽凝汽式机组所使用的分散控制系统为例,针对分散控制系统在应用中所存在的问题,对该控制系统在提高安全可靠性、通用灵活性、最优控制性能、综合管理能力以及方便使用与维护等方面,采取了一系列新的方法与策略,使之成为其他控制系统无法比拟的新一代控制系统.结合工程实例论述了控制系统的配置、锅炉MFT及汽机ETS的逻辑条件,并以个别逻辑为例,分析了该控制系统在机组安全运行中的作用,指出了在机组控制中实现系统监控的重要性及必要性,同时也证实了分散控制系统是目前大型、多测点、环保型机组经济运行最优化的需要. Taking distributed control system used by 220t/h circulation fluid bed boiler and 25MW double extraction condensing turbine as examples, aiming at the problems exiting in distributed control system, from the aspects of improving safety, generality, flexibility, control performance, integrative management ability, being easy to use and maintenance,adopts a serial of new ways and strategies, makes it being into the new control system which other control systems can't compare with. Combining the engineering examples, discusses the collocation of control system, logic conditions of boiler's main fuel trip and turbine's emergency trip system, taking several logic conditions as examples, analyzes the effects of control system on safety operation, points out the necessity and importance to realize system supervision in units control, as well as proves that distributed control system is the need of the most economical operation of large, more examination points, environmental protection units.
