摘要
充分调动农村教师工作积极性、主动性和创造性,必须提升农村教师的幸福感。然而,由于各地区政治、经济、文化发展的不平衡,各地农村教师的生存状况及其对幸福的体验是不同的,因而其对策也应有所侧重以切实有效。笔者调查了浙江省杭州市和湖南省涟源市农村义务教育教师的生存状况,发现农村教师的生存状况得到很大改善,教师的幸福感也越来越强。但两市农村教师幸福感的来源各有侧重。为全面提升农村教师的幸福感,建议实行教师公务员制度,创设幸福的教师工作环境,教师要努力提升自己的幸福能力。
To motivate the intiative and creativity of rural teachers, much emphasis should be placed on strengthening their feeling of happiness. However, because of the political, economic and cultural discrepancy between different regions, their living situation and experiencing on happiness are different either. In view of this, the author investigates the living situation of the teachers in the suburbs of Hangzhou city in Zhejiang Province and Lianyuan city in Hunan Province, who work for compulsory education in the countryside. The findings explains that their living situation is greatly improved and their feeling of happiness strengthened, and that the sources of their feeling of happiness are distinctly different. Finally, some suggestions are provided such as the adoption of civil servant system for teachers, creation of a warm working environment and improvement of their own capacity.
