对图书馆人性化建设的思考

Reflection about the Humanized Management in Library

图书馆的教育职能对和谐社会的构建具有促进作用,要发挥这种作用,应从图书馆工作的人性化建设入手,笔者从图书馆文献资料环境、管理、服务的教育作用谈起,对这几个方面工作的人性化建设提出看法和意见。

Educational function of library will help quicken the construction of Harmonious Society. It is the first step to manage everyday work in a librarywith humanity in order to tap the Function to the full. In this thesis, the writer discusses the environment of literature datum in library, the management and the function of services, when presenting her own sense of humanization in these respects.
