肾型鸡传染性支气管炎病毒C_(9001)分离株的生物学特性 被引量:4

摘要 从华东地区某鸡场病死鸡中采集有典型肾炎病变的肾脏病料,分离到一株鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)野毒株。以5个IBV标准毒株作对比,从分离株(C_(9001))的形态结构、致病性、细胞培养特性、血凝活性、浮密度、理化特性、血清型及免疫原性等方面对分离株的生物学特性作了详细的系统分析。结果表明,分离株可致死SPF鸡,表现出IBV特征性病理变化,且可引起鸡胚肾细胞融合;纯化的病毒粒子有囊膜和冠状突起,大小约为85nm;分离株对常规12种理化因素的敏感性亦表现出IBV特性;病毒无直接血凝活性,胰蛋白酶处理后可凝集鸡红细胞;组织培养交叉中和试验证明分离株为一株与美国IBV N_(115)血清型相近的肾型IBV;以此病毒灭活抗原制备油佐剂灭活苗可有效保护免疫鸡抵抗IBV感染。 One local strain (designated as C_(9001)) of Nephropathopenic Infectious Bronchitis Virus (NIBV) was isolated and five standard IBV strains were used in the comparison tests to detect the biological property of C_(9001) strain Results demonstrated that C_(9001) could cause IBV special pathologic changes on SPF chicked embryos and SPF chickens and cellar fusion on chicken embryo kideny cells. Coronavirus particles with club shaped projections in the envelope were observed in the allantoic fluid of SPF chicken embryos inoculated with the isolate under electron microscope and the diameter of virion is about 85nm. ,The physicochemical property to 12 factors and hemaggulation activity of C_(9001) were similar to five stanard IBV strains. Serum Neutralization tset showed that C_(9001) strain belong to American N_(115) serotype.
