J钩应用于安氏Ⅱ~1错矫治的疗效评价

Straight Wire Appliance Combining J Hook In Correcting Class Ⅱ Malocclusion

目的探讨直丝弓矫治技术结合使用J钩治疗安氏Ⅱ1错的临床效果。方法运用直丝弓矫治器治疗安氏Ⅱ1错患者12例,结合使用J钩头帽口外牵引向后滑动弓丝关闭拔牙间隙,并适当运用于拉牙向远中的阶段。结果12例患者均取得满意疗效,后牙建立中性关系,前牙覆覆盖正常,面型明显改善。结论J钩配合滑动直丝弓技术矫治安氏Ⅱ1错是一种行之有效的方法,可以很好地控制后牙支抗并控根压低内收上前牙,改善面型。

Object To evaluate the effects of class Ⅱ malocclusion treated with MBT technique with high pull headgear J hook. Method 12 class Ⅱ malocclusion cases were treated with the straight wire appliance, using high pull headgear J hook in the stage of cuspid retraction and space closure, Result All the 12 cases were approving the class I morsal teeth relationship, normal overbite-over jet and amendatory profile, Conclusion MBT technique with high pull headgear J hook is an effective way to control the anchorage, retract the anterior teeth and improve the profile in the treatment of classⅡ malocclusion.
