摘要
目的:检测颅内动脉瘤信号转导相关基因的差异表达,探讨其与颅内动脉瘤发生的关系。方法:选取颅内动脉瘤标本3例,以3例正常颞浅动脉标本作对照,抽提总RNA,经线性扩增,再与人类全基因组芯片Ⅱ杂交,进行信号转导相关基因差异表达谱分析。结果:发现颅内动脉瘤差异表达的信号转导基因22条,且均为上调表达。结论:信号转导相关基因的差异表达可能与颅内动脉瘤的发生有关。
Objective: To examine the differential expression of genes related to signal transduction in intmcmnial aneurysm. Methods: Three samples of intracmnial aneurysms and of arteria temporalis superficialis were collected respectively. The total RNA, isolated from the tissues, were linear amplificated and hybridized with the Whole Genome BeadChip. The genes related to signal transduction were analyzed. Results: Twenty-two genes related to signal transduction were over-expressed in intracranial aneurysms. Conclusion: Differential expression of signal transduction genes could play a role in the occurrence of intracmnial aneurysm.
