摘要
氧化锆陶瓷作为口腔全瓷修复材料,在生物相容性、化学稳定性、抗弯曲强度和色泽等方面具有优势。目前研究主要涉及氧化锆和二层瓷的机械性能,全瓷修复体工艺制作过程对材料性能的影响,计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制作(CAD/CAM)系统所加工的全瓷修复体与基牙之间边缘适合性等方面,而其实验参数的获得及结论的提出,对口腔全瓷修复技术的临床应用有着重要的参考价值。
Zirconia ceramics used in all-ceramic restoration of prosthodontics has shown favorable biocompatibility, chemical stability, flexural strength and color property. There is important reference value for the clinical application of prosthodontic all-ceramic restoration to study the mechanical properties of zirconia and veneer ceramics, the influences of the manufactory process of all-ceramic restoration on the material properties and the marginal fitness of the all-ceramic restoration manufactured by computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM)system, getting and analyzing authentic experimental data and then drawing conclusions.
