衔铁铸接区性状的实验研究

摘要 目的研究不同合金由于铸造温度不同对衔铁铸接区性状产生的影响。方法选择金合金、镍铬合金和纯钛分别与M agd isc500成品衔铁包埋铸造制作根面结构。运用不同合金各自的常规铸造方法共制备试件12个,金合金、镍铬合金和纯钛组各4个。采用电子探针微量分析仪对衔铁铸接区分别进行形态观察和成分分析。结果三组试件都有衔铁中的元素与合金中的元素相互扩散现象,铸接形式既有物理性结合又有化学性结合。金合金和镍铬合金的铸接区均有氧化膜生成,其成分主要为氧化铬和氧化铁。纯钛组铸接区无氧化膜新生物生成。结论该组中以纯钛的铸接质量最好。 Objective To analyze the characters of the cast zone of the keeper after cast-bonding in varied temperatures. Methods Twelve keepers were divided into three groups: gold alloy group, Ni-Cr alloy group and Ti metal group with four samples in each group. Then, the cast zone of the sample was observed and analyzed with the electron probe. Results The elements of keepers and the elements of alloys penetrated each other in all the three groups. The cast form was both a physical and chemical combination. Oxide film was formed between keeper and alloy in gold alloy group and Ni-Cr alloy group with the main component of chromic oxide and ferric oxide. No oxide film was formed in Ti metal group. Conclusion The cast quality was best in Ti metal group.
