牙科合金腐蚀行为的电化学研究及影响因素 被引量:4

摘要 牙科合金在口腔环境中发生的腐蚀主要是电化学腐蚀。电化学方法是研究合金腐蚀的主要手段。合金的电化学腐蚀与材料的成分和量以及组织结构密切相关。口腔电解质溶液环境和微生物对合金的腐蚀也有显著的影响。
