摘要
目的:研究完全具有中国人体质特征的可视化人体腹腔器官三维重建。方法:采用第三军医大学推出的世界上第一套中国男性人体断层数据集,人工勾画出器官轮廓后,将胸部至盆部的数据在计算机进行编程计算处理。结果:最终设计出一个可以从任意角度和层面观察腹腔中各器官和组织的立体形态和相互之间的位置关系的软件。结论:制作的软件对腹腔各脏器进行了很好的可视化,为外科实施手术提供直观、准确的解剖学信息。可以成为传统教材和解剖学图谱的非常有力的补充。
Objective: To study the 3-dimensional reconstruction of abdominal visceral organs in digital visible human that can completely mimic Chinese characteristics. Methods: The contour of the organs was manually sketched by using the first set of Chinese visible human male database of transverse sectional images, and the data from the chest to the pelvis were processed by the computer. Results: A new software that can show the inner structure of human body in 3 dimensions was developed. In this software, the abdominal visceral organs can be observed at any point or layer. Conclusion: This software can provide visual and accurate anatomical information for surgical operation, and it is a helpful supplement for the traditional anatomy textbook and atlas.
