摘要
目的:对自制比卡鲁胺的化学结构进行确证。方法:采用红外光谱(IR)、质谱(MS)、核磁共振波谱(NMR)、紫外光谱(UV)等光谱学技术测定自制的比卡鲁胺样品,确证其化学结构及其理化性质。结果:完整确定了比卡鲁胺中所有碳、氢信号归属。结论:完成了比卡鲁胺的化学结构的确证,填补了有关比卡鲁胺光谱学的空白。
Objective: To identify the structure of bicalutamide. Methods: The structure of bicalutamide was identified by a series of spectrum techniques, including infrared spectrum, mass spectrum, nuclear magnetic resonance, and ultraviolet spectrum. Results: NMR signals of bicalutamide was completely assigned. Condusion: The structure of bicalutamide is confined.
