摘要
目的:通过动物实验寻求一种创伤小、简便易行的下颌骨部分缺损修复的手术方法。方法:建立动物下颌骨缺损模型,将自体骨粉回填缺损处,分别于术后2,4,8及12周各处死5只动物,获取整块下颌骨标本作大体观察、X线检查和组织学评价。结果:自体骨粉再植后经历了骨粉吸收、血管及其周围组织长入、新生骨从缺损断端逐渐向内生长替代移植骨粉的过程,属于典型的“爬行替代;”此过程的发生机制是骨传导,发生基础是血管长入。结论:自体骨粉修复下颌骨愈合可靠,下颌骨缺损应用自体骨粉移植是可行的,方法简便。
Objective: To find a simple, convenient operation method with litter trauma for repairing segmental mandibular defect. Methods: The rabbit model of mandibular defect was established. The rabbits were killed 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks after the autologous bone powder was implanted into the defect. Gross observation, X-ray radiography, and histological evaluation were performed. Results: After the implantation of autologous bone powder, the typical process of "creeping substitution", including the absorption of the bone powder, ingrowth of capillaries and perivascular tissues from the host into the bone powder, and new bone formation, occurred. The mechanism of this process was osteo-conduction, i.e. the ingrowth of capillaries. Conclusion: Bone healing with autologous bone powder is simple and applicable in the reconstruction of mandibular defect.
