摘要
采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR、免疫组化和Western印迹法观察到糖尿病大鼠在褪黑素治疗后,大鼠肾皮质转化生长因子β_1(TGF-β_1)mRNA及蛋白表达水平下降。提示褪黑素对糖尿病肾脏的保护作用来源于其抗氧化特性及对TGF-β_1表达的抑制。
Transforming growth faetor-β1 (TGF-β1) mRNA or protein expression in renal cortex of diabetic rats was assessed by real-time quantitative RT-PCR with SYBR Green, immunohistochemistry or Western blot. After melatonin treatment, the expressions of TGF-β1 mRNA and protein were decreased, suggesting that beneficial effect of melatonin may result from its antioxidative property and inhibiting TGF-β1 expressions.
