摘要 随着科学技术的发展,人们对激光原理的认识不断加深,激光以其方向性好、亮度高、单色性好、能量密度高等特点,在焊接领域得到了广泛应用。其中,在焊接质量控制和检测方面的应用,推动了焊接自动化的快速发展。简要介绍了激光技术在焊接质量控制和检测中的应用状况,对其工作原理进行了详细的阐述,在此基础上指出了当前存在的问题及未来的发展趋势。 With the development of science and technology, laser principle has been understood more deeply. Laser technology has been widely used in the field of welding, owing to its good directionality, high lightness, good monochromaticity, and high energy density. The application of laser technology on the control and detection of welding quality promotes the rapid development of welding automation. The application status of laser technology on the control and detection of welding quality was introduced in brief, and the operating principles were represented in detail. Based on the above, the existing problems and its development tendency were prospected.
