摘要
研究了解决电弧炉炼钢中硫含量高的问题。通过对炼钢过程硫含量的分析,模拟安龙炼钢的实际生产条件,试验找出了硫成分不合格的原因。从炼钢炉内和钢包内脱硫的热力学条件入手,对安龙的现状进行了炼钢工艺改进,最后使钢中硫含量降低到炼钢要求的范围之内,达到了预期的目的。
This paper is to solve the high sulphur content problem in steel. Through analyzing the sulphur content in steel and simulating the steel-making process in Anlong Company, the fundamental causes of the high sulphur content in steel have been found. The steelmaking process in the Anlong Company has been improved based on the desulphurization thermodynamic condition in the arc furnace and ladle. The sulphur in steel is reduced to the content below the demand level and the anticipated target has been achieved.
