摘要
设计了一种实验用微型混砂机,该混砂机一次混砂量250 g,采用直流调速电机直接驱动混砂转子,可方便地实现转子的速度控制;采用了升降式机盆和移出式出砂,简化了混砂机的结构。经与实验用碗形混砂机进行对比实验,其混制的型砂性能达到了实验用碗形混砂机的水平。
An experimental mini-mixerwith the batch capacity of 250 g, was designed. The rotor of the mixer is directly driven through a speed-control motor can realize the speed control of the rotor conveniently; The basin and sand production were adopted by using lifting method and moving discharge thus the structure of the sand mixer is simplified. The contrast experiments show that the mold sand properties mixed by the mini-mixer can reach the level mixed by the bowl mixer.
