摘要
烧结剥离型醇基浅色铸铁涂料由耐火粉料、剥离助剂、专用复合粘结剂、溶剂和获国家专利的复合分散悬浮剂组成,介绍了其生产工艺、性能特点和应用实例。该涂料的主要性能达到了国内同类产品先进水平。生产实践表明,该涂料烧结剥离性好,生产的铸铁产品表面光洁,无粘砂、气孔等缺陷。
A new light color alcohol-based sinter-stripping coating for casting iron consists of refractory powder, stripping solvent, special compound adhesives, solvent and complex dispersed suspension agent with national patent. The producing technology, properties and application are introduced in this paper. The main properties of the new coating can reach the advanced level of the same kind of products. The practices show that the coatinghas a good sinter-stripping characteristic, and the iron casting has smooth surface withoutdefects such as burning-on and blow hole.
