摘要
对Solid Edge与ProCAST间的接口方式进行了详细的探讨。采用简单模型的数据文件对4种转换接口进行分析,得到了2种可行性的接口方式。基于简单模型的数据转换,提出模块分割法,采用总-分-总的处理模式,即装配模型总体构思,各零件分体独立建模,面/体网格总体装配,成功解决了复杂模型的数据转换。最后通过一砂型铸造的实例,详细说明、印证了这一模式的可行性。
This paper discusses in detail the interface mode of linking Solid Edge to ProCAST. Two feasible ways are concluded by analyzing four ways of the simple model data transform. A module division method is put up based on the feasible ways that we proved. And the data transform of complicated models is implemented successfully by using a "whole-parted-whole" mode, which means to consider the complicated assembling model overall, construct every model independently and assemble them in the form of surface mesh or tetrahedron mesh. Finally, in order to illuminate and prove the feasibility of this mold, an example of sand-mould casting is given in this paper.
