摘要
肠易激综合征(IBS)是儿童比较常见的疾病之一,临床以腹部不适或疼痛,腹泻、便秘或腹泻便交替为特征的功能性肠病。目前临床诊断是参照罗马Ⅱ标准,易造成漏诊。2006年重新修订的罗马Ⅲ标准,让临床医生对于儿童IBS的诊断有了更客观的依据。目前,儿童IBS的治疗是根据症状和症状的严重程度进行综合治疗。作者将重点介绍儿童IBS的诊断和治疗进展。实用儿科临床杂志,2006,21(20)
Irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） is a quite common disease , and it is a functional enteropathy that characterized by abdomen discomfort or pain, diarrhea, constipation or the mix of both. At present the clinical diagnosis refers to the Roman Ⅱ standard, but it is easy to create leaks examines. In 2006, the new Roman Ⅲ standard let clinician have a more objective basis regarding diagnosis of children with IBS. Its treatment is a complex therapy based on the symptom and serious degree of the symptom. The author will introduce children with IBS with emohasis on the diagnosis and treatment progress.
