摘要 目的:探讨Cox-2和Survivin基因在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及相关性。方法:利用S-P免疫组化技术检测84例肺癌组织及49例癌旁正常肺组织的Cox-2和Survivin蛋白表达水平,分析Cox-2和Survivin表达与肺癌分级、分期、分型和转移的关系及两者的相关性。结果:Cox-2基因在非小细胞肺癌阳性率为67·9%(57/84),Survivin的阳性率为59·5%(50/84),两者的表达与患者年龄、吸烟史、肿瘤大小、分化程度及TNM无关(P>0·05);在非小细胞肺癌组织中Cox-2与Survivin基因的表达呈正相关(P<0·05,r=0·914)。结论:Cox-2与Survivin在组织中均有较高的阳性表达,两者表达具有相关性,两者可能存在共同的激活机制,构成抑制非小细胞肺癌细胞凋亡的多种途径。 Objective:To explore the expression and the relationship of Cox-2, Survivin genes on non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods:The expression of Cox-2 protein and Survivin protein in NSCLC tissues and the normal lung tissues adjacent to carcinoma from 84 cases of patients with NSCLC were examined by S-P method. Results:The positive rates of Cox-2 and Survivin in NSCLC were 67.9% , 59. 5% , respectively. The expression rate of Cox-2 was positively correlated with that of Survivin in tissues of NSCLC( r = 0. 914 , P = 0. 001 ). There were no significant difference between the positive rates of the two genes according to various ages, smoking histories, genders, size, differentiation and TNM stages. Conclusion:There are high expression of Cox-2 and Survivin genes products in the NSCLC tissue with a positive correlation between them. It is speculated that a common activation mechanism may coexists between the two genes, which constructed multiple pathways contributing to the inhibition of apoptosis of NSCLC.
