摘要
100例复发性口腔溃疡患者,随机分为实验组(55例)和对照组(45例),实验组用肿痛安胶囊联合地塞米松片治疗,对照组单纯用地塞米松片治疗,疗程9d,随访6个月,观察其临床疗效。结果,实验组总有效率为94.45%,对照组为77.78%,2组有显著性差异,P<0.05。认为肿痛安胶囊联合地塞米松对复发性阿弗他溃疡有良好的疗效。
100 cases of recurrent aphthous ulcer （RAU） were randomly divided into two groups, 55 cases in the experimental group who were given traditional Chinese medicine Zhong tong＇an capsules combined with dexamethasone tablets, while 45 cases in the control group who were given dexamethasone tablets alone. The course of treatment was 9 days, and follow up period was 6 months. The overall effective rates were 94.45 % and 77.78 % in the experimental group and the control group respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups in the treatment outcome（P〈0.05）.
