摘要 准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术是一种新型的激光治疗屈光不正的手术方法,其安全有效性得到广大眼科医师的认可。本文对准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术的手术适应证、禁忌证、角膜上皮瓣制作、术后疼痛、角膜修复、术后haze现象、角膜后表面形态等研究进展情况作一综述。 Laser subepithelial keratomilensis (LASEK) is a new method for treatment of ametropia, h is very safe and effective.This review summarizes its indications of operation, contraindications of operation, corneal epithelial separation, post- ache, corneal restoration, post - haze, and postoerior corneal surface topography.
