随着数字化成像设备及PACS的普及,“软阅读”逐渐成为影像诊断的主要技术方式。诊断用专业显示器作为影像诊断作业链的最后环节,其显示质量的优劣直接影响诊断的准确性。本文就“软阅读”的相关技术问题及专业显示器的性能、相关技术标准、配置选择、临床应用及日常使用中的维护等问题加以探讨,以期在选购、应用、维护时有所参考。

Along with the popularization of digital imaging modalities and PACS, ＂softcopy reading＂ has grown to the main method in imaging diagnosis. Qua the last step in imaging chain, diagnostic displays decide the accuracy of imaging diagnosis. This paper discussed some technique questions in＂softcopy reading＂, the performance, standard, configuration, clinic application and routine using and maintenance. I hope this paper could help people to buy, apply, maintain software and diagnostic displays.
