嗅粘膜嗅鞘细胞的特点及研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 中枢神经损伤的修复是目前医学的难题。嗅鞘细胞具有促进神经再生的作用,通过对其生物学功能的研究,神经再生的机理已被证明。从嗅粘膜获得的嗅鞘细胞能够避免伦理问题,且取材方便,又接近临床;目前嗅鞘细胞的培养方法主要有差速贴壁法、阿糖胞苷法、化学药物法与免疫亲和吸附法及多种方法结合的综合法。嗅鞘细胞的研究已获得了一定的成就,特别是脊髓损伤后嗅鞘细胞移植的治疗,成功建立了动物模型,有的学者已应用于临床研究。根据目前研究嗅鞘细胞获得的成就,不久的将来,嗅鞘细胞将会为我们解决很多现在无法解决的问题。
