利用正交试验优化蝉拟青霉多糖的提取工艺

Optimization of processing technique of polysaccharide from paecilomyces cicadae by orthogonal design

目的:优化蝉拟青霉多糖的提取条件。方法:以蝉拟青霉多糖含量为指标,采用正交试验进行研究。结果:经正交试验优化后的提取工艺:向蝉拟青霉的水浸出液中加入1%木瓜蛋白酶,于50℃、pH=7条件下提取2.5 h。结论:经正交试验优化后的提取工艺可缩短提取时间,提高多糖得率。

Objective：To study the optimal conditions for the optimization of extraction technique of polysaccharide from paecilomyces cicadae. Method： The extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with the extract yield of polysaccharide from paecilomyces cicadae as detective marker. Results： A1B3C1D3 is the best processing conditions,which is as follows： heating the extracts for 2.5 hours in 50℃ and pH7 with 1% papain. Conclusion：The processing technology optimized by orthogonal design can shorten processing time and improve the yield.
