摘要
目的:优化蝉拟青霉多糖的提取条件。方法:以蝉拟青霉多糖含量为指标,采用正交试验进行研究。结果:经正交试验优化后的提取工艺:向蝉拟青霉的水浸出液中加入1%木瓜蛋白酶,于50℃、pH=7条件下提取2.5 h。结论:经正交试验优化后的提取工艺可缩短提取时间,提高多糖得率。
Objective:To study the optimal conditions for the optimization of extraction technique of polysaccharide from paecilomyces cicadae. Method: The extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with the extract yield of polysaccharide from paecilomyces cicadae as detective marker. Results: A1B3C1D3 is the best processing conditions,which is as follows: heating the extracts for 2.5 hours in 50℃ and pH7 with 1% papain. Conclusion:The processing technology optimized by orthogonal design can shorten processing time and improve the yield.
