关节镜下手术治疗5例膝关节交叉韧带囊肿

Excision of cruciate ligament ganglion cysts by arthroscopic surgery: a report of 5 cases

目的报道5例膝关节交叉韧带囊肿的诊断和关节境下手术治疗及其疗效；方法2004～2005年我院共完成5例膝关节交叉韧带囊肿的关节镜下囊肿切除术，随访时间10～15个月，平均（11±3．6）个月。手术前、后采用Lyshoim评分和手术后疗致评定的Glasgow评定法对膝关节镜手术治疗交叉韧带囊肿结果进行评价。结果5例患者均无复发。手术前Lyshotm评分为（73．6±6．1）分．手术后提高至（95±22）分（F6．71，P〈0.01），Glasgow疗效评定．5例患者全部为优。结论MRI在膝关节交叉韧带囊肿的诊断、关节镜手术在诊断和治疗方面有显著优点。

Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment results of cruciate ligament ganglion by arthroseopie surgery. Methods From 2004 to 2005. five cases of knee eruciate ligament ganglion cysts were excised with arthroscopic technique and folowed up for 10 to 15 months in an average of （11 ±3.6） months postoperatively, Lysholm scoring scale system was used to evaluate the knee function before and after operation, and Glasgow cysl grading system was used to evaluate the final follow up results. Results None of 5 cases was found recurrence. Lysholm score was improved from 73.6±6. 1 preoperatively to 95±2. 2 postoperatively, and the statistical difference was very significant. All of five case were adjudged to be excellent at final review. Conclusion MRI scan demonstrates very highty value in diagnosis of crueiate ligament ganglion cysts and arthroscopic surgery shows its advantages in the treatment of this rarely encountered disorder.
