摘要
目的探讨心肌酶谱在窒息后新生儿心肌损害诊治中的意义。方法对29例窒息新生儿及26例正常新生儿的血清心肌酶谱进行检测分析。结果窒息新生儿心肌酶谱值明显高于对照组。结论新生儿窒息可导致心肌酶谱升高,对心肌有损害。建议早期测定心肌酶对心、脑等脏器的缺氧损伤有极其重要的意义,可以指导临床早期干预,减少并发症。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum myocardial zymogram for detecting myocardial injury in neonates with asphyxia. Methods The parameters of serum myocardial zymogram were measured in 29 neonates with asphyxia and 26 normal newborns. Results Serum myocardial zymographic parameters were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion Myocardial damage may be indicated by serum myocardial zymogram in neonates with asphyxia. Early detection of serum myocardial zymogram parameters in neonates with asphyxia is important for detecting myocardial and cerebral injury. And therefore,it is suitable for instructing the intervention in time and reducing complication.
